If the wrong colour is selected or chosen, the customer assumes responsibility. We will replicate the colour you provide, and in such cases, the unit will not be replaced without a fee. Therefore, please ensure the colour is correct, or send us a sample for reference.

- Hair Duplication Services

When ordering a hair duplication service, you must ensure the information provided is as accurate and complete as possible to match the target system you are sending to us. The cost of your order will be calculated based on the information provided. If there is any discrepancy or incorrect information between the online order form you submit and the actual hair system you send to us, we reserve the right to reject your order and halt production, even if our website system has automatically accepted it. If the payment received does not cover the duplication cost, the order will not proceed until the balance payment is made. This process may affect the delivery time, which will be counted from the date everything is clarified, and the balance payment is made. We are not responsible for any delays in such cases; the responsibility lies with you. If the order price increases and you choose not to proceed with the order or decide to cancel it, a handling fee of £30 will be charged. If you request the return of the target system, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

- Rush Delivery Terms

Rush order service allow clients to receive their hairpieces faster than the standard production time. For rush orders, the estimated production time frame is 9 to 11 weeks. Please note that some complex orders and full-cap wigs may take longer. As all hairpieces are custom-made, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. This service ensures faster production compared to standard orders but does not guarantee an exact timeframe. NO REFUNDS will be issued for rush fees in case of delays. However, at the sole discretion of hairtopperlondon.com, a credit may be issued if the production time significantly exceeds the rush schedule.
