Welcome to our salon’s custom hair system service! We’re excited to help you create a personalised hair system that fits your unique style and needs. To get started, please read all the information carefully to avoid any risk of receiving the wrong item.

Step 1: Choose Your Customisation Options
Review Available Options:
Explore the different customisation choices for your hair system:
Base Material: Lace, Polyurethane, Monofilament, or Combination.
Enter Your Measurements: Provide accurate head measurements for a perfect fit.
Hair Type: Remy Hair (the best), Indian Human, European Human, Synthetic Hair or Yak Hair
Hair Texture: Straight, Wavy, Curly, etc.
Hair Colour: Select your desired colour or combination of colors using our colour chart.
Grey Hair Percentage: If you're unsure about your percentage of grey hair or whether grey is necessary, please read our full guide or see the grey's percentage  picture to help you decide what’s best for you. Click here to read more, if yoy still unsure.
Front Contour: AA, A, CC, C
Hair Density: Light, Medium, or Heavy.
Hair Length: Choose the length that best fits your style.
Hair Direction: Freestyle, left parting, right parting, center parting, left crown, right crown, center crown
Bleach Knots: No bleach knots, bleach knots all over, bleach knots at front, bleach knots on crown
Ventilating Methods: Single Knots, Double Knots, V-Loops, Injection and Lift Injection
Additional Features: Silk Top, Highlights

Step 2: Contact Us via Email to Place Your Order
To place your custom order, please email us with the following details:

Use “Custom Hair System Order - [Your Name]” as your email subject.
Include the Following Details in Your Email:
Full Name: Your name.
Contact Information: Your phone number and preferred method of contact.
Customisation Preferences: Please use our list questionnaire from the options above (STEP 1) and answer all the questions with your preferred choices.
Measurements: Provide accurate head measurements for a perfect fit. 
Additional Requests: Mention any special requests or details you want to include in your custom hair system.
Attach Reference Photos (Optional): If you have specific style inspirations or preferences, you can attach reference photos to your email.
 
Step 3: Confirmation and Consultation
Review and Confirmation: After receiving your email, our team will review your customisation preferences and reach out to confirm your order and discuss any further details.
Online (Optional): If you would like a more personalised consultation, we can arrange a virtual meeting to answer any questions and fine-tune your order.
 
Step 4: Order Processing and Payment
Receive a Quote: We will provide you with a quote for your custom hair system once we have confirmed all details.
Payment: After you approve the quote, we will send a secure payment link or instructions to complete your payment.
Order Processing: Your custom hair system will be crafted to your specifications. Please note that the process takes approximately 10 to 12 weeks from the time of order confirmation and payment.
 
Step 5: Delivery and Final Fitting
Delivery Timeline: Once your custom hair system is ready, it will be dispatched for delivery. Delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 working days. We offer fully tracked delivery to ensure you can monitor your package every step of the way.
Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
